業務内容
Join a dynamic and globally minded team as FP&A Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.＜What You’ll Do＞•Lead monthly P&L analysis and reporting for senior leadership•Monitor and manage expenses across departments, offering insights and support•Analyze KPIs and business trends to uncover risks and opportunities•Evaluate investment returns and support strategic project decisions•Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and capital planning•Create impactful reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

求められる経験
•FP&A or Managerial Accounting experience
•Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
•Self-starter with strong coordination skills
•Comfortable working flexibly around financial closings
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
•Business level English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
•Bachelor’s degree or higher
