Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Location: Multiple Cities across Canada

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Compensation: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour + tips

About the Opportunity

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring Food Service Supervisors on behalf of leading hospitality and food service employers across multiple locations in Canada. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to take on leadership responsibilities, oversee day-to-day restaurant or cafeteria operations, and support staff in delivering quality food and service in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applications from all qualified candidates currently residing in Canada, including those with valid Open Work Permits who may benefit from immigration support.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff during shifts
• Ensure food preparation and service meet company standards for quality, safety, and presentation
• Train, schedule, and support employees to maintain efficient operations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service or quality issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in opening and closing duties, cash handling, and recordkeeping

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Functional English or French language proficiency (CLB 5 or higher recommended)
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety practices
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in busy environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage: $19.00 – $22.00
