Salary: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour

Hiring Food Service Supervisor in Alberta – (Employer Sponsorship Available)

We are currently hiring a Food Service Supervisor for a reputable restaurant located in Alberta. This is a great opportunity for individuals already in Canada on an open work permit such as Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) , Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) , or Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) who are looking to transition into long-term employment with LMIA support and a pathway to Permanent Residency (PR) .

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on food service procedures
• Assist with scheduling to ensure full shift coverage
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing waste
• Handle cash and sales transactions when required

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Morning, afternoon, or evening availability
• Monday to Friday with weekend shifts as required

Who Should Apply

Open Work Permit Holders in Canada

• Candidates on PGWP , SOWP , or BOWP are highly encouraged to apply
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
• Located in Alberta or willing to relocate

Overseas Candidates

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food Service Supervisor
• Fluent in English (Francophone applicants welcome)
• Eligible for PNP or LMIA sponsorship

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CLB 6 or higher in English
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
