Overview

We are currently hiring motivated Floor Coating Installers to join our production team. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and have a basic understanding of surface prep and epoxy/poly aspartic coating applications. We will provide all required training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all necessary equipment and material to begin installment.
• Conduct proper measurements to ensure accurate precision.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the duration of the job.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and utilize proper PPE.
• Properly utilize heavy operating equipment such as 22" floor grinders
• Maintain a high level of professionalism

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and work on your feet for extended hours.
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
• Experience utilizing grinders, diamond blades, vacuums, and hand tools is preferred.
• Strong understanding of surface prep and material handling is preferred.
• Must provide own vehicle (TRUCK)
