The Role

• Lead financial management, consolidation, and reporting for Japan operations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and action planning.
• Manage monthly closings and financial reporting, including P&L, cash flow, capital, and DSO.
• Partner with management to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead cost management initiatives with business units.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and digitalized processes to support performance and continuous improvement.

Your Skills

• Fluent Japanese and business level English
• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
