They are seeking an Finance Business Partner to support financial planning and analysis for a regional commercial team in Japan. This role involves collaborating with leadership on P&L management, sales and operations planning, and financial forecasting. The analyst will provide insights through financial modeling and data analysis to guide business decisions and support market development initiatives. Strong partnership with sales and marketing teams is essential to drive revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies.

Requirement:
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or business analysis.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and/or IFRS).
- Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese/English.
