Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Job Description

A Facilities Coordinator supports the Facilities Coordinator in managing the operations and maintenance of a building or facility. This role combines administrative and hands-on tasks, including assisting with maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and efficient environment. The assistant will also work closely with the Project Manager to perform office administrative duties such as cataloging, data entry, and filing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs with vendors to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Take inventory of supplies, order necessary items, and maintain records of equipment and materials.
• Answer phone calls, manage work orders, and provide general administrative support to the facilities team.
• Facilitate communication between departments, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Work Environment

The position is based in a corporate environment with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The role reports to the Project Manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
