Our client is launching an enterprise-wide agility training initiative to reach nearly 5,000 employees across Canada and the U.S. With a newly formed Learning function, the company is converting existing materials into 60–90 minute virtual instructor-led training (vILT) modules.
Facilitators will lead sessions for the first module focused on cognitive agility and a dynamic learning mindset. Approximately 18 sessions are planned for pilot and rollout phases, each with 30–40 participants . Microsoft Teams producers and complete facilitator materials will be provided.
