We’re currently seeking Automotive Claims Adjusters to join our growing team in Laval, Québec. This is an exciting, customer-focused role where your automotive expertise and communication skills will shine. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration and connection of our Laval office.

• Adjudicate complex technical claims involving engines, transmissions, differentials, and electrical systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online chat, email, and written communication.
• Monitor and manage service queues to ensure timely responses.
• Process claims accurately while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with dealership partners and repair facilities.
• Participate in community giving initiatives, including four fully paid volunteer days each year.
• Analyser et traiter des réclamations techniques complexes (moteurs, transmissions, différentiels, systèmes électriques, etc.).
• Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel par téléphone, clavardage en ligne, courriel et correspondance écrite.
• Surveiller et gérer les files de service afin d’assurer des réponses rapides et efficaces.
• Traiter et documenter les réclamations avec exactitude tout en respectant les SLA et KPI.
• Collaborer avec les concessionnaires et les ateliers pour assurer une résolution efficace.
• Participer aux initiatives communautaires de LGM, incluant quatre journées de bénévolat rémunérées chaque année.
• Strong technical background in automotive repair or service.
• Ability to analyze damage and prepare accurate estimates using Audatex or Mitchell-on-Demand.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional and courteous manner.
• Journeyperson certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid Adjuster licenses.
• Solide expérience technique dans la réparation ou le service automobile.
• Capacité à analyser les dommages et à préparer des estimations précises à l’aide d’Audatex ou de Mitchell-on-Demand.
• Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et gestion du temps.
• Attitude professionnelle et courtoise.
• Certification de compagnon ou apprentissage (un atout).

Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is required for this role. This position supports dealerships, customers, and repair facilities across all provinces in Canada. In compliance with Quebec’s Bill 98, which reinforces the use of French in the workplace, and to meet national service standards, candidates must be able to provide clear, professional service in both languages.
