We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Halifax. This role involves supporting the planning and coordination of high-quality events that align with our clients’ objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to ensure every event runs seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion.

  • Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, materials, and schedules.

  • Support event setup and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

  • Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, and timelines.

  • Ensure brand consistency and a superior guest experience across all events.
