Role Overview
We are seeking an ERP Consultant to support the implementation of enterprise ERP systems for customers in the aerospace and defense industry. This role involves requirements analysis, solution design, system configuration, and project support, working closely with both domestic and overseas stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct interviews with customers to gather and analyze business requirements, define problems, and propose appropriate solutions
• Design ERP solutions aligned with customer business processes and operational needs
• Configure and set up ERP systems tailored to customer requirements
• Depending on experience level, support project progress and issue management as a Project Lead or Project Management Assistant
• Act as a liaison between overseas consultants and customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Support user training sessions and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Experience and Skills
• Experience in implementing enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, IFS, or similar)
• Work experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a strong preference for aviation maintenance domain knowledge. Experience in either ERP implementation or aerospace/defense is acceptable
• Strong English communication skills, essential for collaboration with overseas partners
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and understand complex business processes
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently represent solutions and add value
