Service Business GroupSBGのコールセンターの専任としてEP部門が取り扱う医療機器システムWM ClarisEnSiteViewMateMedinBoxなどに関する技術サポートを医療機関の顧客およびアボット社内の関係者に提供します
現場でのサポート対応が必要な場合にはフィールドサービス担当者と連携し部品の手配などを迅速かつ効率的に行います人的リソースを最適に活用し予算社内方針業務手順品質基準に則ってコスト効率の高いサービス運営を実現します
製品に関する苦情対応においては品質システムの観点からテクニカルサービスの代表として対応し業務プロセスの有効性を継続的に評価改善します
また常に専門分野の最新情報を把握し医師や医療従事者患者営業技術スタッフからの問い合わせに対してSBGとして臨床的技術的な支援を提供します
