At Helios, we've made solar installation simple and affordable for our customers. We are seeking persistent, coach-able, and motivated Solar Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. Your role will involve door-to-door engagement, relationship building, and closing sales. No experience necessary .

The ideal candidate:

• Has some prior customer service or sales experience, solar experience is a plus.
• Must have a smartphone and personal transportation to meeting locations.
• Is ambitious, self-motivated, and coach-able.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Knock and Be a community representative. Generate leads about solar options for residences.
• Craft and perfect your pitch to increase your success with customers.
• Listen and adapt to customer preferences to ensure that they have a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Must have a vehicle
• Based in Edmonton and surrounding areas. NOT REMOTE.
• FULL TIME AVAILABILITY (Monday - Friday)

Compensation package:

• Commission pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$150,840.22 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
