SalesBizLab is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and helping to grow our online presence. Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Help track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.
• Assist in creating visual content using basic graphic design tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
