What the Role Looks Like

You’ll be the first point of contact for members looking to understand their coverage options. This includes:

  • Handling scheduled inbound and follow-up calls

  • Coordinating virtual appointments with members

  • Providing clear, compassionate guidance on benefit options

  • Completing digital enrollment documents accurately

  • Staying organized and ensuring quality in every interaction

  • Collaborating with your team and participating in ongoing training

  • You’re confident speaking with new people

  • You bring positivity and professionalism to your work

  • You’re detail-oriented and good at managing your time

  • You’re self-motivated but work well with others

  • Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
