We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Intake QA Test Analyst who can work collaboratively in a team environment to conduct testing activities for multiple Intake interfaces. Working with your new team, you'll have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of innovative problem-solving activities to provide quality assurance support to the organization. Your work directly impacts the success of FTB's mission and helps Californians meet their tax obligations, which in turn funds the majority of programs that support all Californians.
The Intake Systems Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the testing phase of the Software Development Life Cycle of enterprise applications and supporting components. You will learn to create and execute test cases, set up test data and create and update documents based on new software requirements as requested by business partners and the requirements team. · You will work closely with other Testing, Analysis and Development team members to resolve defects and issues.
