[About the company]Leader in the development, operation, and maintenance of a highly successful Order Management System (OMS). This system is the backbone for major Japanese marketplaces and warehouses, processing a significant volume of daily transactions. The team is diverse, comprising over 30 engineers from various international backgrounds, and is dedicated to continuous innovation and maintaining their position as the top OMS provider in Japan.[Role & Responsibilities]You will join one of their agile scrum teams to contribute to the evolution of their Order Management System. As a C# Web Application and Backend Engineer, you will be instrumental in proposing solutions, designing, and implementing new features, as well as improving and refactoring existing functionalities. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.[Main tasks include]- Propose solutions, design, and implement new functions aligned with business needs.- Fix, improve, and refactor existing functions.- Mentor and coach junior team members.- Share knowledge through discussions and technical sessions.- Assist in handling inquiries and troubleshooting.

求められる経験
- Over 5 years of experience in C# development, with a focus on WebAPI and SOLID principles.
- Back-end expertise in MVC.NET, .NET Framework, or .NET Core, with experience in .NET 6 or higher.
- Good working knowledge of JS/HTML/CSS and RESTful principles.
- Experience with ORMs like Entity Framework or Dapper.
- Proficiency in T/SQL and MS SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals and software development processes.
- Proven experience in developing and operating mission-critical systems with high transaction volumes.
- Experience with web security and personal data protection.
- Proactive team player with good communication skills and an Agile mindset.
- Ability to mentor other team members.
