Early Years Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
**Create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities to support holistic child development.
**Establish a welcoming, safe, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
**Collaborate with fellow educators to design a stimulating curriculum.
**Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
**Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and assistance as needed.
Requirements:
**Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
**Preferably CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent certification.
**Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood setting.
**Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonalabilities.
**Passion for working with young children and helping them grow.
