To achieve our goal of becoming the world’s No. 1 business school, we are seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to support our business development and student support activities in order to help us expand the market for our global MBA programs in Japan, overseas and beyond.
We currently offer three English programs at GLOBIS University:
・One-year Full-time MBA Program
・Two-year Part-time and Online MBA Program
・Three-month Pre-MBA Program

【Job Responsibilities】
In this role, you will empower and support students in achieving their aspirations through a life-changing experience at GLOBIS. Your mission is to enhance the Pre-MBA student learning journey, foster a strong community, and encourage continued enrollment into our MBA programs. While the title includes 「Sales, 」this role centers on customer success, focusing on guiding Pre-MBA students toward their next step in the MBA journey rather than promoting new purchases.

1:Student Communication and Support
Empower students through 1-on-1 support during enrollment, study planning, and MBA application preparation.

2:Community Building and Events
Design and deliver impactful seminars and events that demonstrate the lifelong value of the MBA and GLOBIS’s commitment to nurturing leaders.
Build meaningful relationships with faculty and alumni to cultivate a vibrant, supportive learning community.

3:Sales Management
Leverage CRM to understand student trends, forecast retention and application rates, and take data-driven actions to achieve goals.
Plan and execute strategies to grow the English MBA programs by nurturing student engagement, retention, and successful conversion to the MBA. 【必須要件】
【Required】
・Minimum 3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally including customer support or student success.
・Native or full professional English proficiency (TOEIC 900+ equivalent). ※Comfortable delivering presentations and facilitating discussions in English.
・Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3+) preferred for daily conversations and handling written communication (translation tools acceptable as needed).
・Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
