Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have previous Courier dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and Independent Contract Drivers addressing inquiries and providing support related to delivery services.
Utilize Transportation Management System (CXT Software) to manage customer orders and logistics.
Coordinate transportation planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of packages.
Maintain accurate records in transportation management systems, updating customer and order information as necessary.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers, drivers and internal teams.
Collaborate with drivers, customers and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise to ensure smooth delivery process.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Dispatch and Customer service or a related field is .
Familiarity with CXT Software or a Courier Dispatch System is a plus.
Strong understanding of logistics and transportation planning processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
