ClearRisk is a growing SaaS company serving public-sector and enterprise clients across North America with risk and claims management solutions. As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on product leader who brings deep risk and insurance knowledge and can shape the next generation of our platform.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role fills a strategic gap on our technical and product leadership team: someone who will own product vision and dive into day-to-day product discovery, requirements, workflows, customer insights, and roadmap execution.
The Director - Product – Risk & Insurance will serve as the bridge between ClearRisk’s customers, business leadership, and engineering team. This person will define the product vision, shape the roadmap, and contribute directly to hands-on discovery, user flows, requirements, and prioritization — without needing to code.
They'll combine domain expertise (risk, insurance, claims, underwriting, compliance) with SaaS product leadership , ensuring we build solutions that are both technically feasible and deeply aligned with customer needs.
