Join a forward-thinking DevOps team building the cloud infrastructure behind a powerful no-code AI development platform. Designed for real-time collaboration and complex data workflows, the platform is central to the company’s next wave of innovation.

As DevOps Lead, you’ll take ownership of infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud architecture—enabling faster deployments, higher availability, and smoother collaboration across engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design and automate cloud infrastructure for a large-scale AI-powered development platform
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable releases
• Develop internal tools and technical standards that empower product and engineering teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating efforts across product, engineering, and operations

応募必要条件

スキル・資格

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles
• Hands-on experience automating infrastructure on AWS
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Packer, or Chef
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, source control, and configuration management
• Familiarity with web service development and deployment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes
• Previous technical leadership or team lead experience

Language Skills:

• Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) and Conversational English are required for this role
