What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining our Development team in helping to continue our commitment to creating sustainable and innovative housing solutions. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact in our communities.

Your main duties will include…

  • Taking ownership of development projects ensuring they are promptly progressed into contract, start on site and managed effectively to completion
  • Appointing and managing relationships with the project team 
  • Preparing written and verbal reports
  • Using our project management software systems to accurately appraise and monitor financial performance
  • Maintaining Homes England compliant audit files
  • Working with the Clerk of Works team to monitor site progress
