• Deliver exceptional customer service using our CORE 4 model: make eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.
• Go the extra mile to provide Second Mile Service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Build great relationships with co-workers as teamwork is crucial in our fast-paced environment.
• Efficiently take orders at the register and in the drive-thru, ensuring accuracy in every transaction.
• Quickly prepare and deliver food orders, maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Keep condiments, drinks, and other stations fully stocked for a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to Food Safety procedures and strive for Operational Excellence.

Job Qualifications:

• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests and co-workers.
• Able to lift 20-50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Works well both independently and in a team setting.
