MatchBox Consulting is currently seeking a Databricks Developer for a 6-month contract role with our Vancouver based client. The Preferred Candidate will work 4 days a week in the clients Vancouver office, however, fully remote candidates will be considered. Expected working hours will be 7 hours a day from 8:30AM to 4:30PM, PDT, five (5) days per week.
OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Manager, Data Platform Engineering, the Databricks Developer will support the design, development, and implementation of data solutions using Databricks. The Databricks Developer will play a critical role in ensuring successful data integration, stakeholder collaboration, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for a developer with a strong background in data engineering, Databricks, and cloud computing, looking to contribute to a high-impact data analytics initiative.
