We are looking for a data entry clerk from Tuesday to Saturday 10am-6:30pm with some additional hours as required. Willing to train, however, adequate computer skills are an asset.

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Entering data into database software in a timely manner and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Learning the Inventory Management Software used by the company
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Responding to information requests from authorized members
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements Include

Familiarity with administrative duties
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00-$32.00 per hour
