The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for Enterprise and Strategic accounts, managing the complete customer journey from onboarding through value realization. You'll work closely with customers to ensure they successfully adopt our SaaS solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own all post-sales activities to drive measurable business value for customers using our cloud products
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with C-suite executives such as CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs
  • Guide customers through onboarding, focusing on fast time-to-value and achievement of their specific business goals
  • Understand customer requirements and create realistic, achievable outcome plans
  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans to maximize solution adoption
  • Build strong relationships with customer executives and team members
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions
  • Create scalable processes and collaborate across internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, Renewals)
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to improve our services


Required Experience:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing B2B roles
  • Background in Customer Success, Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Project Management
  • Understanding of IT/Cloud/SaaS technology and how it creates business value
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to work across multiple teams
  • Excellent communicator who can inspire and influence customers and colleagues
  • Quick learner who adapts well to change in global environments
  • Fluent in Japanese with business-level English proficiency

Your Skills

  • Background in Automotive or Manufacturing industries
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and business decision-makers
  • Experience leading transformation or program management initiatives
