About Precious Metals Chemistry

What you will be doing
通常受発注業務 ( つくば品国内販売、第三者製造品の販売、輸入品販売 )
貴金属支給の場合、顧客からの支給日を管理台帳に記入し製造と共有する。第三者製造品で支給の場合、その地金を支給する。
購入品の場合、受注日に購入する。第三者品で購入の場合、受注日に発注する。
第三者製造品の場合、地金支給がメインとなるため、受注のタイミングで WAC の確認。地金が不足の場合、つくば工場もしくは地金商社に確認して第三者製造に地金を支給する。ただし、地金込みで購入の場合もあり。
地金支給日確定後、第三者製造からの納期が確定するので、あとは顧客と納期調整。出荷に際しては、こちらから配送を手配することが多い。
またボトル、ラベル等の支給副資材もあるので、第三者製造保管分に不足がある場合は、工場に連絡して出荷をしてもらう。
Hanau 又は Tulsa 品の輸入製品と、つくばで製造を中止した中間体である CPA 固形の輸入を行う。
インド向け輸出業務 (UAI 、他 )
溶解槽の稼働の大半を占めるので貴重な情報を定期的に入手
UAI 向けは 10 日毎に貴金属価格（ AV ）と数量が確定する。その段階で PMM から貴金属の価格連絡と貴金属出荷の連絡がくる（ AV ではなく Spot 購入の場合もあり）。納入日確定後、管理台帳につくば納入予定を記帳する。1 回の出荷に適用する貴金属価格が多岐に渡る為、貴金属管理には相当に労力を要する。
他インド客先は受注同日に貴金属価格及び数量が確定するものと、リース契約し出荷前に価格が決まるものとある。
UAI 向けは金額が大きく為替の影響も大きいので同日に貴金属についての PO 、 SO を SAP 入力し為替差損を最小化する。
UAI からの支払が遅れがちなので随時催促が必要。
