COSでは、2025年11月に大阪・心斎橋エリア（大丸百貨店内）に新店舗をオープン予定です。
新しい店舗で、私たちと一緒にブランドをつくり上げていく**パートタイム（週20〜30時間勤務）**のセールスアドバイザーを募集しています！
職務内容
この職種はパートタイム（週20〜30時間）での勤務が可能で、週末や夜間のシフトが含まれます。
COS Japan チーム の素晴らしいメンバーの一員として、一緒に成長できるセールスアドバイザーを募集します。
主な業務内容：
お客様対応およびショッピング体験の向上
レジ業務およびフィッティングルームでのサポート
店内での販売および在庫管理
新商品のディスプレイやビジュアルマーチャンダイジング

応募資格
リテールおよびアパレル販売経験者優遇
カスタマーサービスマインドを持ち、チームと協力して働くことを楽しめる方であれば、未経験者も歓迎します
ファッションや接客に情熱がある方であれば、学びながら成長できる環境を提供します
勤務時間・休日
シフト制（週末・祝日勤務の可能性あり）
スケジュール調整可（詳細は面接時にご相談ください）
外国籍の方について：
日本で就労可能なビザをお持ちの方のみ応募可能です
お客様にサービスを提供できる日本語能力が求められます
週末勤務が可能な方を優遇します
給与
パートタイム (PT)
時給 1,204円
交通費支給：1,130円/日
*四半期ごとの目標を達成すると、基本給に追加のインセンティブが支給されます。
勤務時間
シフト制（07:30～20:30の間、週末・夜間シフトを含む）
パートタイム（PT）
U30（短期勤務 / 学生可）：週4～5日勤務、週20～29時間勤務
U20（短期勤務 / 学生可）：週3～4日勤務、週4～19時間勤務
4週間ごとに勤務スケジュールを更新
試用期間・研修
6ヶ月の試用期間（PROBATION）あり
試用期間中も本採用と同じ雇用条件が適用されます
