Internal Job Applicants ONLY Company: Brooke Credentialing, Claims, & Coding, LLCTitle: Learning and Development SpecialistReports to: Billing ManagerClassification: Non-ExemptCompensation: HourlyJob Responsibilities:The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for training new staff, training staff in position changes, and coordinating with the Billing Manager to re-address training needs of Brooke Credentialing, Claims, & Coding, LLC. Job Duties:Develop and implement training programs and materials.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.Assess and analyze training needs through surveys and interviews.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends and best practices.Collaborate with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.Prepare training schedules and manage logistics.Monitor and report on employee progress and performance post-training.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during training sessions.Act as source of knowledge if direct managers are unavailableResponsible for overseeing and managing new employee schedules and expectations around training and job dutiesReport ideal hours and schedule to Billing Manager, COO, and CEOAssist Billing Manger with any employee management related functions as needed.Office Hours and Location:1. This position will require attendance in person at our Broadmoor Valley Rd location regularly and when new employees are onboarded.2. Hours of operation will be 8 am to 4 pm during in office attendance.3. All other hours may be worked remote as deemed acceptable by the Billing Manager.
