DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Le/la Coordonnateur(trice) des ventes joue un rôle clé dans le soutien de notre équipe de représentants. Il/elle assure la fluidité des opérations, la qualité du service client et la coordination des projets pour garantir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos partenaires et clients.

RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Soutenir quotidiennement les représentants des ventes dans la gestion des dossiers, la préparation des documents et le suivi des clients.
  • Préparer, compléter et réviser les soumissions et devis de projets en collaboration avec les estimateurs.
  • Coordonner les communications entre les équipes internes (estimations, production, installation, service).
  • Gérer les demandes entrantes (appels, courriels, demandes web) et assurer un suivi rapide et professionnel.
  • Maintenir les fichiers clients et projets dans le CRM et s’assurer de l’exactitude des informations.
  • Organiser les rendez-vous, visites de chantiers et réunions pour les représentants des ventes.
  • Suivre l’avancement des projets signés et informer les clients et partenaires tout au long du processus.
  • Participer à la préparation logistique pour les foires commerciales et événements.

EXIGENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Formation en vente, administration ou service à la clientèle.
  • 2 à 4 ans d’expérience dans un rôle administratif, coordination, service à la clientèle ou soutien aux ventes (secteur construction : un atout important).
  • Bonne compréhension de la construction résidentielle et des produits architecturaux (atout).
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Grande capacité d’organisation, souci du détail et sens des priorités.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques : CRM, Excel, logiciels d’estimation (un atout), Suite Office.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Rigueur, professionnalisme et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
  • Possession d’un véhicule (déplacements occasionnels).

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our Sales Representatives. This position ensures smooth operations, strong customer follow-up, and efficient coordination across teams to deliver an exceptional experience to our partners and clients.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Provide daily support to sales representatives by preparing documents, managing files, and following up with clients.
  • Prepare, complete, and review project quotes and proposals in collaboration with estimators.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams (estimating, production, installation, service).
  • Manage incoming inquiries (calls, emails, web requests) and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project records in the CRM.
  • Organize meetings, site visits, and appointments for the sales team.
  • Track signed projects and keep clients and partners informed throughout the process.
  • Assist with logistics and preparation for trade and home shows.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Training in sales, administration, or customer service.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in coordination, administrative support, customer service, or sales support (residential construction experience is a strong asset).
  • Good understanding of residential construction and architectural products (asset).
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency with business software such as CRM, Excel, estimation tools (asset), and Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professionalism, rigor, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Must have a vehicle (occasional travel).
