Job Description

Job Brief:

The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for the conception, creation, and delivery of high-quality visual and multimedia content across various platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, video production, photography, animation, motion graphics, graphic design, and 3D modeling. The incumbent collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely development of content that aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and overall organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Design

• Produce original content across multiple media formats including video, audio, photography, animation, and digital graphics
• Design and render 3D models and environments for use in videos, digital presentations, marketing materials, and other client-facing content
• Develop and animate motion graphics for internal and external communication purposes
• Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns, corporate events, and promotional material

Branding and Visual Consistency

• Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect a consistent visual identity across platforms
• Work in partnership with all divisions to develop assets for print, digital, and social channels

Collaboration and Campaign Execution

• Participate in creative planning meetings to conceptualize content and contribute to campaign development
• Liaise with departments across the organization to gather project requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope

Technical Proficiency and File Management

• Operate and maintain video, photo, lighting, and audio equipment as required
• Maintain a structured and organized content library, managing digital assets and raw files securely and efficiently
• Optimize content for various channels including web, social media, internal use, and client presentations

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Remain current on industry trends, tools, and technologies in multimedia production, 3D modelling, and digital design
• Recommend and implement new techniques, software, or workflows that enhance content quality and production efficiency

Skills / Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• A diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field
• A minimum of two (1) years of professional experience in multimedia content creation, including hands-on experience with 3D modelling

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong working knowledge of 3D modelling software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
• Experience with video editing, colour grading, lighting, sound editing, and digital asset management
• Familiarity with motion design, animation techniques, and multimedia storytelling
