Job Responsibilities Develop and execute global internal communication strategies aligned with business goals. Create and manage communication plans, messages, and calendars. Support senior management in communicating company goals and progress. Develop content for various internal platforms, including intranet, newsletters, and town halls. Collaborate with corporate communication teams and business leadership. Manage communication channels and measure effectiveness. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through communication. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. At least 6 years of professional experience, with 2+ in corporate communication. Excellent written and oral communication skills; portfolio required. Strong editing and proofreading skills. Skills and Experience Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and CMS platforms like WordPress. Strategic and tactical thinking, with ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in a matrixed organization. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle confidential information. Experience with videography and digital content creation is a plus.
