We are seeking experienced and qualified instructors to deliver Close Quarters Combat (CQC) and Direct Action (DA) training to U.S. military personnel. The goal is to enhance individual and team proficiency in tactical combat operations through professional instruction and realistic field exercises. Training will be based on current doctrine, modern combat environments, and best practices observed across the Department of Defense (DoD).
Lead combat training programs focused on CQC and DA missions in both day and night environments.
Evaluate and assist in updating unit-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to close quarters combat and tactical operations.
Provide instruction on:
Task organization, roles, and responsibilities in urban and confined environments.
Weapons handling and employment of grenades, breaching tools, and other tactical equipment.
Movement techniques for individuals and small units, including room clearing, stairwell navigation, and building assaults.
Communication plans, visual signals, and marking systems.
Contingency planning for mass casualties, IED threats, evacuations, and changing battlefield conditions.
Planning and execution of reconnaissance, infiltration, containment, assault, and exfiltration operations.
Integration of Reconnaissance and Surveillance (R&S) elements into tactical planning.
Supervise full mission profiles and culminating training events to validate learning outcomes.
Provide feedback and updates on communication protocols and coordination with command elements.
At least two instructors must have served in a Tier 1 Special Mission Unit.
Proven experience in modern CQC/DA tactics and instructional delivery to military units.
Familiarity with joint operations and cross-branch military training environments.
Strong leadership, instructional, and communication skills.
Ability to perform and instruct in dynamic, high-intensity training environments.
Training includes daytime and nighttime field exercises.
Instruction conducted at government-designated training ranges and facilities.
Physical demands include operating in full gear in tactical environments simulating combat conditions.
Instructors must adhere to all DoD and installation safety, conduct, and access requirements.
Contractor shall provide specified tactical gear for training use. Equipment may include:
Tactical belts, magazine pouches, dump pouches, IFAKs, knives, and utility pouches.
All equipment will remain with the government upon completion of training.
Must meet all credentialing requirements for access to U.S. military installations.
Must comply with applicable safety regulations, installation-specific policies, and emergency readiness procedures (e.g., typhoon protocols).
All personnel must be clearly identified as contractor staff at all times.
