CSN Champlain Auto Body is seeking a skilled and experienced Collision Repair Planner/Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing accurate repair plans and estimates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Job Knowledge and Expertise :
• Thorough understanding of collision repair processes.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex).
• Knowledge of parts sourcing and ordering procedures.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret damage reports.
• Familiarity with insurance company protocols and guidelines.
• Customer Service and Communication :
• Clearly communicate repair details and plans to customers.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
• Effectively manage customer expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Efficiency and Time Management :
• Provide accurate and timely repair plans and estimates.
• Meet deadlines for estimate and plan submission.
• Prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
• Teamwork and Collaboration :
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure plan and estimate accuracy.
• Demonstrate willingness to assist teammates when needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in team settings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Collision Repair Estimator/Planner.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
