About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to serve as the lead human resources officer, with a focus on fostering a thriving workplace culture and advancing strategic initiatives that promote employee excellence and organizational growth. The CPO will be responsible for providing strategic vision, leadership, and operational management of the comprehensive human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, compensation, HR compliance, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. This role requires a dynamic, service-driven, and innovative HR leader with a proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and strategic plan. The successful candidate for the CPO position at the company will be a passionate advocate for employee engagement, operational effectiveness, and organizational culture. They will work closely with institutional leadership to address human capital needs and initiatives and will lead the implementation of all HR policies, initiatives, operations, and systems.
