We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead operations in our three Brockville, Ontario branches.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of all warehouse operations. You’ll oversee a team of Warehouse Supervisors and front-line staff, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations that meet both client and company expectations.

You’ll play a critical role in aligning labor with demand, optimizing workflows, and driving cross-functional collaboration with departments like Transportation, Customer Service, and Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop a team of Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse staff across multiple shifts

  • Drive daily operational performance (throughput, accuracy, service levels, safety)
  • Plan and adjust labor, resources, and priorities to meet evolving business needs
  • Oversee driver operations, including daily scheduling, route planning, and performance management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Partner with other departments to support new client onboarding and long-term growth
  • Prepare for and lead regular client reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), ensuring strong communication and service alignment.
  • Maintain and enforce safety programs, compliance requirements, and audit readiness
  • Provide clear communication across levels – from the floor to executive leadership
  • Manage KPIs, analyze trends, and contribute to strategic operational planning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution
  • 2+ years in a leadership or operations management role
  • Prove experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems, WMS, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Health & Safety knowledge (e.g. WHMIS, forklift, etc.) is an asset
