The team at
Urban Smiles Victoriais looking for passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistants on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.
We are a small boutique style clinic in the heart of downtown Victoria. We have three restorative and three hygiene operatories. We offer a variety of dental services and have a healthy patient base, as well as long term staff.

SCHEDULE: - Full time or part time opportunity for an Orthodontic CDA
- Part time opportunity available on Tuesday and Wednesdays if you do not have your Orthodontic module
- Full time may be considered without Orthodontic module for the right candidate
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting certificate
- Registered or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
- Orthodontic module an asset but not required
- New graduates welcome
- We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
