Location: 11283 Homestead Rd, Houston, TX 77016
Pay: $15/hour base pay + daily cash tips + upsell & referral bonuses
Pay Schedule:  Tips daily, direct deposit every Friday

• No machines, no tunnels – every wash and detail is done by hand with precision and care.
• 4-bay service garage – each vehicle gets personalized attention, with only 2 trained detailers per car.
• We specialize in  hand washes, full-service details, shampooing, paint correction, interior deep cleaning, and more.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior vehicle cleaning by hand (wash, dry, vacuum, shampoo, tire shine, waxing, etc.)
• Operate detailing equipment safely: buffers, polishers, extractors, and pressure washers
• Apply chemicals and solvents correctly to avoid damage to vehicles
• Conduct deep cleaning services (interior extractions, engine bay cleaning, wheel polishing, etc.)
• Assist with additional services when available (tire repair, wheel services, window tint, car audio installs, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing towels, filling chemicals, and general shop upkeep
• Upsell additional products/services to customers for increased earning opportunities
• Participate in occasional  mobile detailing jobs offsite
• Market and promote the business during downtime to help grow the shop

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in  auto detailing, car wash, or automotive service work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a  fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with auto shop settings
• Reliable transportation (or ability to commute via public transportation)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting equipment/vehicle parts
• Must pass a  background check & drug test (with random/annual checks)
• Professional appearance – willingness to wear auto shop style uniforms

What We Offer

$15/hr base pay
Daily cash tips (in addition to hourly pay)
