We are seeking passionate bilingual individuals fluent in Spanish to join our team as Bilingual/Spanish Mediterranean Cruise Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our Spanish-speaking guests on board our luxurious cruise ships. From assisting with inquiries and reservations to ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their journey, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our passengers.

Requirements

  • Strong probing and investigating skills.
  • Attention to detail for accurate case management
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the Home Improvement brand.
  • Ensure the security of customers information and well-being.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Commit to 15-25 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
  • Ensure a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
  • Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).
  • Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
  • Have a hard-wired broadband internet service (DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection).
  • Must be able to p purchase a call center noise-canceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.
