Bilingual Office Coordinator

Our client is looking to hire a Bilingual Office Coordinator for a 1-to-2-month contract position to provide administrative support for one of their busy departments. This role requires great customer service and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. This position will be 5 days onsite and require candidates to be bilingual in English and Spanish communication.

Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.

Compensation : $18/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, filing and data entry
  • Assisting with the translation of English to Spanish brochures, flyers, marketing materials and any other documents requested
  • Handling basic clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual skills with the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Must be reliable, driven and a self-starter
  • Tactful, adaptable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
  • 0-2 years of office experience
