Job Description
				  The On Premise Senior Marketing Manager (OPSMM) is a national role focused on enhancing Red Bull's brand image, market share, and consumption in the On Premise environment. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, drive activations with teams like Musketeers and Key Account Managers, train the On Premise team on marketing tools, and ensure product visibility at sales points. The OPSMM also contributes to the annual business plan by identifying insights for new strategies and activities.

-  Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs. 
-  Drive share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue staff, bar supplier sales, decision makers, owners, and influencers. 
-  Be fully responsible for the creation, coordination, and approval of tailor-made installations. 
-  Support Musketeers, Key Account managers, and Distribution Managers to implement tools and concepts. 
 
-  Manage industry marketing programs and consumer marketing initiatives to grow Red Bull consumption, industry endorsement, and brand image. 
-  Create and deliver memorable Red Bull experiences that drive word of mouth within On Premise industry communities and generate more love and passion towards Red Bull with them. 
-  Support Musketeers, Key Account Mangers, and Distribution Managers on always upleveling HI5 execution in the market. 
-  Develop activation tools to drive distribution and accelerate consumption in different POS segments. Be fully responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations. 
 
-  Data base management, reporting optimization, Insights generation. 
-  Maximize utility of sales data including Bar Supplier depletion data and their distribution progress data to enable On Premise managers to make fast & effective decisions. 
-  Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities while conducting active research for new business opportunities. 
-  Search for further opportunities to off-set money by offering added value to trade customers. 
 
-  Master the Art of Musketeering, understand On Premise marketing tools and guidelines, and regularly update materials and knowledge for the team. 
-  Support Musketeers, Key Account Managers, and Distribution Managers on trainings and continuously coach them to secure a high level of understanding and knowledge of how to implement it into the market. 
-  Work with event managers and Musketeers to execute marketing and POS activations at Red Bull events and festivals. 
 
 EXPERIENCE 
 Your areas of knowledge and expertise 
 that matter most for this role: 
-  Fluent Japanese, Business level English (Reading, writing & speaking)
- 5+ years marketing in a commercial environment. 
-  Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment. 
-  Strong analytical skills (analyze consumer, sales, and customer data) and planning, prioritization, and organizational ability. 
-  People leadership and management experience preferred.
