Salary Range $75,000-$85,000

• Competitive Pay Structures earn up to $10,000 in bonuses . Range varies based on experience and location.

Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

• Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
• Collaborate with families to create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct functional analysis, intake and progress assessments
• Support clients and families to ensure client success
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
• Teach adaptive life skills
• Mentor and lead teams of RBTs working 1:1 with clients
