JOB DESCRIPTION:

Greet customers and take food orders as needed by providing product information and looking for ways to increase product sales;

Prepare specialty coffees according to standards;

Use a cash register and receive cash or credit / debit card payments from customers;

Fill the coffee station and the cash register area;

Maintain and fill the presentation area;

Follow the company's operational policies and procedures including those related to health and safety to ensure the safety of all colleagues during their shift;

Keep calm during busy periods or during special events to ensure compliance with standards and set a good example for the team;

Perform other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

To have experience as a barista is an asset;

To be well organized;

To like the contact with people;

To be interested by natural and organic food;

To have a well-kept appearance.
