Your Role

• Spearhead the end-to-end development of new applications, from technology selection and domain modeling to system architecture and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-product managers, designers, and engineers-to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, instilling best practices and a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to the evolution of a global engineering organization, helping shape processes and standards as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years building and deploying web applications on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proven leadership in shipping projects with teams of 5+ engineers.
• Deep expertise in system design, architecture, and delivering robust, scalable solutions.
• Experience working with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas fluently in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Docker-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid background in backend development using statically typed languages (e.g., Rust, TypeScript, Node.js).
• Familiarity with microservices, asynchronous processing, and secure web application design.
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (React.js) and domain-driven design.
• Track record of technical leadership in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
