This position is not at a regular auto repair shop but within a Toyota-affiliated dealership.
You will primarily handle maintenance and inspections for Toyota vehicles.
Main Duties Include:
Holidays & Time Off:
Regular Days Off: Every Tuesday + 1 rotating day per week (typically the 1st and 3rd Mondays, based on company calendar)
Annual Holidays: 106 days per year
(Includes approx. 7 days each for Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year holidays; 1 birthday day off)
Paid Leave: 10 days/year from the first year
(At least 5 days must be taken annually; separate from regular holidays)
Medical Checkup Leave: Paid day off available, not counted against paid leave days
