We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our fast-paced, customer-focused auto glass shop in Columbus, GA. The ideal candidate has a strong background in auto glass installation and repair, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other automotive glass.
• Perform rock chip repairs and recalibrations (ADAS, if applicable).
• Ensure high-quality, safe installations that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and maintain them in good working order.
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and shop organization as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in auto glass installation or related auto repair experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Experience with ADAS recalibration is a plus (training available if not certified).
