Urgent Hiring: Associate Dentist – Vernon, BC

Join a progressive, high-tech family dental practice in the beautiful Okanagan!

We are seeking an experienced and confident Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice in Vernon, BC . This is a replacement role with an existing patient base and strong new-patient flow — allowing you to step in and succeed right away.

Location: Vernon, BC

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday (full-time) + occasional Mondays

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: 40% of collections

Practice Highlight:

• 12 fully equipped operatories.
• 4 Dentists (1 FT + 3 PT), 5 RDHs, 2 CDAs, Treatment Coordinator.
• Supportive and collaborative environment with mentorship encouraged.
• Focus on digital workflows and advanced patient education.
• Modern, high-tech equipment, including:
  • Axeos CBCT.
  • Primescan Scanner.
  • CEREC PrimeMill, PrimePrint & SpeedFire.
  • Solea Laser & Sirolase Blue.
  • 3D Printing & Intraoral Cameras.
  • CAD/CAM, Exocad, RTC.
  • Tracker software.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (no new grads at this time).
• Confident in general dentistry for adults and pediatrics.
• Skilled in CAD/CAM workflows and RCT.
• Graduate of DDS/DMD program or NDEB Equivalency.
• Licensed and in good standing with BCCOHP.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Committed to ongoing CE and professional growth.

Nice to Have:

• Orthodontics and sleep dentistry experience.
