We are seeking a licensed Assisted Living Administrator to become a part of our team! You will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our 39-bed non-profit assisted living facility. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, resource management, community marketing, and a commitment to excellence in senior care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, and manage daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
  • Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure resident safety
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring staff training, engagement, and professional development.
  • Monitor facility performance and implement strategic initiatives to generate business and achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Assisted Living or Nursing Home Administrator with a valid and active license in Virginia, or be able to obtain licensure.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines governing assisted living facilities.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be capable of working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Experience:

  • Experience in non-profit or mission-driven senior care facilities a plus.
  • Must be a licensed Nursing Home or Assisted Living Administrator, or possess the qualifications to become an AIT.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Assisted Living or Nursing Home Administrator a plus.
