Assistant Project Manager

We're a general contractor based in D.C., and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. If you've got a knack for keeping projects on track, coordinating with subs, and making sure the details don't slip through the cracks we want to hear from you.

 

You'll be working closely with our Project Managers and Superintendents to help deliver high-quality multifamily and commercial projects across the city. It's a great opportunity to grow your career while working on meaningful builds with a team that values collaboration and craftsmanship.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support preconstruction and project startup activities
• Coordinate day-to-day construction operations
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control
• Track project costs and assist with change orders
• Help drive project closeout and punch list completion
• Keep communication flowing between field teams, subs, and clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a great communicator
• Ready to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work
